Design trends may come and go, but true craftsmanship never goes out of style. For 40 years, Alaskans have trusted K&W Interiors to bring quality, style and dependable service to homes across the state.

Founded in 1985 by Dale Kaercher, K&W Interiors provided builders with flooring and cabinets during the boom of new construction brought by the oil industry. But just a few years into business, the company was hit with its first roadblock. When the recession arrived and building slowed, K&W Interiors took on work for Fannie Mae in Anchorage, updating repossessed homes and garnering K&W a national award for their work.

K&W Interiors weathered the storm, and as the building industry rebounded in the 1990s, the company added commercial work to its growing resume. The company tackled commercial flooring projects across the state, from the western coastline of Nome to the rainforests of southeast Cordova and the northernmost point of Prudhoe Bay, just to name a few.

K&W Interiors opened the largest retail showroom in Alaska in the 1990s. The variety of tiles, flooring and cabinetry inspires customers. “We have the largest and most innovative showroom in Alaska,” Kaercher says. “All of the finishing touches are displayed in unique vignettes. We show the latest products and styles, making it easy to imagine the products in your home.”

In the early 2000s, K&W Interiors introduced turnkey remodeling—handling every detail, start to finish. That commitment earned them a place nationally on Qualified Remodeler’s “Top 500” list and a reputation for excellence in both residential and builder-focused services.

Forty years in business and K&W Interiors continues to be family owned and operated. Dale Kaercher remains president. His wife Patty Kaercher has been involved since the beginning and serves as the chief financial officer. Brothers Mike and Anthony Kaercher serve as senior vice president and vice president, respectively. As the company has grown, so has the Kaercher family. “We have sons, daughters, nieces and nephews working here now,” Kaercher says.

K&W Interiors stands behind their experience, service and quality products. “We have the best certified kitchen and bath designers, supervisors and craftsmen ready to help you make your dream come to life,” Kaercher says. “We all take a lot of pride in satisfied clients. So, if a problem does arise, the client has the whole family involved in getting the job done right.”

K&W Interiors is one of very few Alaska companies that offers all of its services under one roof. Their process takes the headache out of remodeling. “The client doesn’t have to deal with all of the trades, we coordinate all of that for them,” Kaercher says. The result? A streamlined experience and results that last. What could be easier?

After 40 years, the team isn’t slowing down, they’re building for the future, one dream home at a time.

It’s inspiring to see how K&W Interiors has built a reputation over 40 years with creativity and trust. Just like a well-designed space, a good disposable vape online store focuses on quality, detail, and customer satisfaction both are about crafting experiences people love. Congrats on this amazing milestone
