The Anchorage Home Show is right around the corner, April 1-2, 2023 at the Alaska Airlines Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are looking forward to kicking off construction season with over 100 industry vendors, workshops and much more! 

To prepare you for a successful event, please read the information below-​

  • VENDOR CHECKLIST:  This doc is a great resource to help keep you on track and prepare for you showtime. Feel free to reach out with any questions to or (907) 522-3605. 

    • Fire extinguishers are provided by the Alaska Airlines Center

    • WIFI is available, no password needed

    • Fire Marshal walkthrough is at 9 a.m. on April 1 - booths must be ready to go

  • VENDOR LIST:  Check out the 2023 list of Home Show vendors and map. Make sure your company and booth # are listed correctly, this information is advertised to the public. The list takes a moment to populate. 

  • MOVE-IN/OUT SCHEDULE:  Schedule is organized by booth location. Times are slotted in three hour increments; feel free to arrive anytime during your time slot. There is a method to this madness so please plan ahead!

    • If you do not have large items to move in feel free to back your vehicle up to the main entrance to unload, walk/cart items in and use the regular elevator- during your scheduled move-in time.

    • If you do have large items to move in use the freight elevator- during your scheduled move-in time or March 31 from 5 to 8 p.m. FYI, there are several vendors slotted at your time that may need to use the freight elevator too, please be patient.

    • After everything is moved in feel free to setup your booth until 8 p.m.

    • Booths must be ready to go by 9 a.m. on April 1 for the Fire Marshal walkthrough.

  • MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE:  On a first come basis, please be helpful and patient with fellow vendors as everyone is moving out. In past years, move out goes very smoothly. Let's just work together!

  • FREIGHT ELEVATORFreight elevator is only to be operated by an Alaska Airlines Center staff person. Vendors are not allowed to operate.
    • Freight elevator is 12' wide x 25'6" long x 93" high ​

    • Weight capacity is 20,000 lbs


    • Pipe and drape:

      • All East Gym floor booths automatically come with pipe and black drapery.

      • Concourse booths (9-41a) must request pipe and drape through Alaska Event Services- email, call (907) 345-8789 or fill out the application attached. With concourse booths being smaller we like to leave the decision up to the vendor.

    • Electrical:

      • Most booths come with 500 watts of power

      • Limited power (lights only)- booths 1-3, 13-21, 27-35

      • No power- booths 6-8, 11-12, 186-188

  • ALASKA AIRLINES VENDOR INFORMATION:  Please read and comply with the rules listed. 

  • HOME SHOW TERMS & CONDITIONS:  Please reread the Home Show contract you signed with your booth application.

  • VENDOR PROMO GRAPHICS:  Click here for materials to help you promote the event on your social media, through your promotional events and digitally.


    • Partner with Saggio, AHBA's marketing partner:  The packages created will capitalize AHBA’s efforts and create synergies for both your business and the Home Show. Saggio will utilize the materials already created for AHBA’s Home Show marketing efforts to save you time and energy and produce high quality results.

    • Show off:  Advertise your company logo and/or company promo videos on the big screen in the East Gym - ​$250 per logo and $500 per video - on rotation throughout the weekend​

    • Get announced:  DJs will talk you up on the radio during the show​

    • ​​Advertise:  Place an ad in the spring publication of Building Alaska, Anchorage's only real estate magazine

  • JUMBOTRON ADVERTISING:  Dimensions for videos is 1920 x 1080 (MP4 or MOV) and logos high resolution. Submit to by Wednesday, March 22.


  • VENDOR ENTRANCE:  Enter through designated entrance during show hours (10 a.m. to 6 p.m.); vendor badge must be present. Please coordinate badge distribution prior to the show.

  • VENDOR BADGES:  Four badges are provided per booth; additional badges are available for purchase.

    • ​Additional badges are $8 per badge; email request to

    • Pickup at the Vendor Kickoff Party on Tuesday, March 28 at Mountain Tops from 5 to 7 p.m. If you're unable to attend, badges will be available at the main entrance during your scheduled move in time

  • COMP TICKETS:  Provide free entry to your family, friends, past clients, etc. 

    • Here's how it works: AHBA provides vendors with comp tickets, vendors will fill out the back of the ticket with company information and distribute accordingly; AHBA will invoice vendors $8 per ticket rendered. ​

  • VENDOR KICKOFF PARTY:  Join us Tuesday, March 28 from 5 to 7 p.m. at 6605 Arctic Spur Rd, hosted by Mountain Tops Countertops. Pickup vendor badges and show packet. Enjoy a drink, apps and network with fellow vendors. 

  • WORKSHOP SCHEDULE: Check out the schedule of educational opportunities offered to attendees. 

  • WIFI: Is available, no password

  • FIRE MARSHAL: Booths must be complete for the walkthrough on April 1 at 9 a.m.

  • FIRE EXTINGUISHERS: Alaska Airlines Center will provide the required number of fire extinguishers.
