For 23 years, AHBA has been providing a Secret Santa experience for more than 1,600 children in the Anchorage area who might not otherwise have a Christmas. Partnering with the Anchorage School District, AHBA helps Santa make the holiday season brighter by delivering backpacks filled with toys and essentials. Join us in spreading holiday cheer this year and giving these children a joyful Christmas experience!

HOW YOU CAN HELP

• Pick up and fill a backpack: In November, stop by the AHBA office to pick up a backpack and fill it with essentials and goodies (age and gender information will be provided). Call 907-522-3605 or email ahbashoebox@gmail.com to reserve your backpack(s) today!
                                                                                OR

• Sponsor a child: Donate $60 per child and let the AHBA elves fill the backpack for you! To donate, click the red “DONATE” box above or send a check to: 301 Arctic Slope Avenue, Ste. 102, Anchorage, AK 99518
   

Once all backpacks are filled, they are delivered to the schools and quietly given to the families, making Christmas morning a little brighter for these children. These special moments are made possible thanks to the generosity of our members and community partners.
