Parade of Homes

The Parade of Homes recognizes the achievements of local builders and showcases innovations in building, new home features, and local trends. Homes in Anchorage and Eagle River are open to the public during the dates and times mentioned below and are later judged by industry professionals for various design features and craftsmanship. Winners will receive a coveted Gold Hammer award at the Parade of Homes Cocktail Party and Awards Evening in October.
